Sri Pulipati Swamy Garu (Dob:30/12/1929-Dod:30/12/2009) Founder of Padmashali welfare Association, Kapra

Pulipati Swamy (Late), known as Kaka for Padmashali Welfare Association members, founder chairman of Padmashali Welfare Association, was instrumental in formation of Padmashali Welfare Association. He provided a room in his residence for SANGHAM office .He was guiding force in the formative years of association. He practiced what he preached. He encouraged members to have land for association.

With his initiation SANGHAM could buy about 800 sq. yds. Land with an aim to construct a building of its own. He donated Rs.50, 000 and encouraged others follow. With his initiation and supervision association could start the construction of building in the year 2000. Sri Swamy passed away in 2009 at the age of 80 years, after living a contended life.
